To sign up, follow these simple steps:
- Complete the sign-up form and set up your username and password to access our subscriber only web site
- Agree to the terms and conditions at the bottom of the form, then click on subscribe at the bottom right of the page
- The payment method is Paypal, because they manage our subscriptions. But you can pay with a standard credit card by selecting that option on the order form that will appear after you click on subscribe at the bottom right of the first page. The transaction will be managed by Paypal, but the funds will come from your credit card if you choose that option
- Complete the payment form -- you can either pay with your Paypal account or a standard credit card -- to pay with a standard credit card simply click on the link "no paypal account, pay with a standard credit card."
- Complete your payment details (pay with standard credit card or your Paypal account)
- Complete the email verification form so you can receive all of our materials via email
